More wave 3 deluxes, this time at the Wal-Mart in Brier Creek. There were 2 Rooks, 2 Blades, 3 First Aids, and 3 Streetwises at about 6pm. Additionally there were 2 legion Fixits as well. Wal-Mart is rolling in the new waves, all but the Voyagers. I too have considered buying Hot Spot online, as the price of shipping is nearly equivalent to the cost of gas.

I don't live anywhere close to you. I've been looking in walmarts and targets all around my area and haven't seen the orange bastard anywhere. heck i've found more G1 megatrons while looking for this fixit than I would normally. I also saw motermaster and blackjack.

Sorry, I just only read through your profile and sightings and learned that you live in the Charlotte area. I did not intend to to tantalize or tease you. I hope that with the rate he is showing up at Wal-Marts here, that he starts popping in your neck of the woods soon as well.

Fourth Wave 3 sighting for me. This time its the one just off of US 401 near Garner. I stopped by after taking my friend to a streaming party near Wake Tech. There were 2 Rooks, 2 Blades, and one of each of Streetwise and First Aid. This wave seems to be seeing a much wider release than wave 2. Still no sign of Hot Spot.

I had to re register but I'm still massprime from Charlotte. Has anyone found any Blades around here. He's the only Protectobot I haven't found.

Cary TRU looks like it recently got a new shipment. Not much new with Combiner Wars toys, another two sets of the Wave 2 deluxes, 2 G1 Megatrons, 2 Motormasters, and the rest of the wave 1 voyagers as usual. There were some new RID toys though. In the one-step selection, there was 1 Drift, 1 Fracture, and 1 Thunderhoof. One-steps are not really my thing so they are all yours. Would have of taken pictures if I had known we did not sightings for those three yet, but I thought we did.

Message one of the board admins (Burn, Counterpunch, etc) if you lost access to an old account. Not sure what the process is there but I think there's a way for them to send the email on file of it a reset or something like that maybe?

The RiD stuff has been challenging on news crew for sightings stories. I think we've gotten those, maybe it was another country, not sure. Either way, probably been out too long now to be relevant. Even though they're just now hitting saturation, been around a bit and the next wave is going to hit retail anytime now. All that said, I really like that Thunderhoof - nothing mind-blowing as an action figure but kind of fun in general and well-sculpted.

I do have an actual sighting. Family Dollar in Mini-City off Capital in Raleigh has two left of those Bumblebee Kre-O brick boxes if anyone's after that for the Kreon variant. They had legends toys, but it's last year's wave and not the new "Black carded" wave with Magnus and Cliffjumper and such

I found Blades at the Wal Mart in University. They had 4. Now 3. Also the Target at Stonecrest has like 4 or 5 Air Raids if you haven't gotten one.
I will try to contact someone about my old account. Only thing is I registered with like my very first email address and can't remember it. I don't know why my password didn't work though.

went toy hunting today. I found no Fixits but found a few Sideswipes and Jazz'. and two leader class Thundercrackers in the target in Matthews. I didn't get anything since I'm really looking for Fixit.

I found combiner wars Megatron today at the Asheboro NC Walmart. Great looking figure. Two weeks ago I managed to pick up Masterpiece Sunstorm at the Greensboro NC Toys R Us. Awesome figure!

New Hope Church Road Wal-Mart had 4 sets of Protectobot Wave 3 deluxes, but still no Hot Spot anywhere

2 leader class Thundercrackers at TTC Target. Left them as I want Magnus or Hot Spot oh so much more.

Heard there were two Thundercrackers at Knightdale Target, but did not verify myself so will not post as a sighting, just as a rumor.

Triangle Town Center area:

Walmart: One First Aid, one Rook, 4 Legion Underbites and 1 Legion Fixit. New Rescue Bots epic figures if you're into that, and some large Ninjago/Chima Lego sets on pretty deep clearance in their clearance aisle if you like those.

Target: One each of Leader Thundercracker, Megatron, and Armada Megatron. 2 each of Warrior Sideswipe and Jazz, and a small handful of CW Wave 2 deluxes. Shelf tag was up for RiD Mega Optimus, with no out of stock sticker, but there were none of them in sight. Must have missed it, didn't even know it was out yet!

I picked up the new Hot Spot at the HeroesCon yesterday and he really is nice. He has a very G1 feel. I'm using Off Road and Alpha Bravo as stand ins till I get the other 2 limbs. Only problems I have with him are the lack of wrist movement and the animated colored head instead of the original toy. Other than that get him when you see him. There was also a Cyclonus there but I could only get Hot Spot. $35. No Magnuses though. He might fall to my "get it in stores" list because of his size and the reviews I've seen. He's shorter than Megatron and about the same size as the Beast Hunters' voyager Predaking! Anyway I need help. Should I sell my MP05 Megatron to get the money for Devastator? I really love him but don't trust the smaller MP scale one coming out. I still have my US version MP01 Prime to go with him. What do you think?

Not much new in N. Raleigh. Almost every Wal-Mart between TTC and Brier Creek has wave 2 deluxes, while North Hills and TTC targets have them as well. Only exception is Glenwood Wal-Mart, has not had anything new since it sold out of Wave 1 Deluxes and Leader Megatrons. New Hope Church Rd. still has Wave 3 deluxes in addition to the new Wave 2's. Only Rook, oddly enough, is unavailable here. As side note, I finally bought Hot Spot off of HTS. Cheaper that searching for it and Hasbro seems to be slow with this wave of Voyagers. Additionally, I have decided to make an army of legion Fixits, in response to his security drone brethren. Has any one pointed out the army-building potential for Fixit toys yet?

Found 2 Hot Spots and 1 Cyclonus at Knightdale Target. I was beating myself up afterward for buying online until I came home and found my Hot Spot had arrived two days early. There were also 3 Grooves and 2 Vipers there as well. Saw Warpath but did not count them.

Stopped by the Knightdale Target this afternoon. The voyagers were gone, thank goodness I got mine from BBTS. I did pick up the two Vipers though. They still had 3 Warpaths and 3 Grooves. Also stopped by the Cary Target while I was at the TRU, bought the single Viper they had and they still had 3 Warpaths and two Grooves. In addition, the North Hills Target had only three Warpath, no Grooves or Vipers

Got around to TTC TRU and Target at lunch. Not a lot to talk about, Wave 2 CW deluxes at both, one Night Ops RiD 1 step Bumblebee if you're into those. Generally kind of picked over, which isn't necessarily a bad thing!

Pleasant Valley/Glenwood Av. Walmart actually had something good for once. 2 Hot Spots and 2 Cyclonuses. No other CW limbs or leaders were there, and nothing new at the nearby Target aside from the new Rid One-Steps. As a side note, I got bored and fiddled with my legion of legion Fixits and I made a makeshift combiner as seen below. No glue or rubber bands, all friction and gravity holding it together. Does anyone know which, if any, forum would be a good place to post random oddities like this on this site?

TTC TRU - not very exciting.

TTC Target - were 2 of the new Mega RiD Primes, now 1. TF section was a mess/disaster. All the TF Hero Mashers are on clearance, as well as all the AOE toys that were left.

Concord TRU has CW Cyclonus. Other than that I haven't seen squat, I've been looking for Motormaster for months and the only time I saw it was when I got Silverbolt.

You and me both. I've yet to see a Motormaster in stock and went to a TRU following someone's suggestion upthread but they were gone by then. At this point I think I'm just going to buy one off of ebay, unless someone can recommend a better deal elsewhere online (BBTS doesn't have him in stock).

Yesterday I checked the Cary TRU and there was nothing of note there. A ton of Silverbolts and a few miscellaneous Stunticon limbs plus a few Powerglides but that was it.
