PMOP hate is totally undeserved. its a fantastic toy whose only fault is that it was produced almost 30 years ago.
MP-10 is redonkadonk expensive, i still cant get my head around it. it feels like aftermarket pricing up front. even so, if they had the legs squish and fold even more you would end up with megatron legs or at the very least structural integrity would be sacrificed in some way.
after all it does come with a big gray box to hide the trailer hitch area

Yes, I own MP-01 (Last Shot) and he's always in robot mode. The robot mode is just awesome. Also, diecast everywhere, he's heavy, very posable, and he's HUGE. Almost like a supreme class!
So, I transformed him back recently in truck mode. I love displaying some of my TF in vehicle mode from times to time. Transformers are meant to be transformed after all, and Masterpieces are no exceptions.
And when MP-01 was in truck mode... I barfed. That vehicle mode is one of the ugliest piece of scrap ever.
Ugh, look at that... that THING:

At least the new MP-10's truck mode is WAY better than the original MP-01.
Oh, and must I remid you that a real truck is pretty empty at the rear? I can accept a full rear, but the front of the cab must not look like a big clusterphoq of scrap parts.

^ I don't think that looks bad, not perfect, but neither is MP-10. They're both flawed...
The one that's ultimately released in the US probably won't, though. And I think that's the version I'll wait for because I'm having a hard time justifying $250 when a Hasbro version will probably only cost $60 or $70...especially when the figure won't even be displayed with the other MPs until/unless a rescaled MP Megs is released. Anyhow, I'd prefer a trailer, but not for $180+.

Well we can't really compare hasbro and takara's toy engineering ability to the science and technology of a millenia superior race of fictional robots. So his feet aren't hidden as well as one would like. Oh well.
I have to say that this mp prime was one of the only tfs ive gotten since i was a kid that made my face sorta light up and be amazed. Maybe not at the perfection of it but at the plain coolness of his look in robot form and improvement over mp-01 in many areas including poseability and a more accurate appearance vs the traditional g1 prime character model in both modes.
Not sure if anyone noticed but they even managed to make the inside of the trailer appear as if it was empty rather than having a big repair bot thing in the front...its the little things that count in life and there are a lot of other little things that are cool on this fig!

Multi-quoting everyone to say that I agree 100%. And if they want to pull the EXCLUSIVE bull, make it Walmart's. At least, THEY bring them to Québec.
