Sorry...still kind of new around here but wondering why buying from the HTS would be "frustrating"? Limit quantities? or something worse?

The server(s) they run the store on can easily handle the demand for 363 days worth of traffic. However, on the SDCC (and now NYCC) days, they get, easily, ten times the traffic, and it is a chore to get things processed.
