Okay this is just crazy.. I have tried from 3 different computers all with diff browsers and still I can't get through. My info I keep checking and its fine. I have ordered from HTS before same info no prob. Maybe I am just not meant to have them, I was on the fence anyway... :-(

its just hts not being able to process the volume. im trying the 1800 number now, but ive been on hold with them for almost 20 minutes. they are getting slammed with calls now too apperently

its mt understanding that hts check out works to where if you add to cart, the items are pulled from the inventory and allocated to you untill the order goes through or is cancelled out

Finally got through on the 800-number (after being on hold for about 20-30 minutes) and got my order processed by a nice Hasbro employee. I only ordered one so there will be more available for other people. *peace*

Was on hold for over 25 minutes with HTS, but was finally able to order one from a really nice employee! I really just want the pink Arcee.... maybe I'll sell Bumblebee and the human figures on eBay or something.

Just ordered mine. The order didn't go through until 9:44/10:44 am. The site didn't show the set was up until around 9:15/10:15. I had to use my credit card because the site was having an error processing PayPal.

Sadly I have seen products on HTS ripped right out of my cart when they went out of stock WHILE I was in the process of ordering them. I just hope this gets straightened out. Wow phone lines overrun too...Methinks they were unprepared for this.

I don't use HTS, being in the UK. From the comments Ive read though I this not a regular occurrence every time they put exclusives on?

Mehopes Hasbro corporate hears about this and it provides them with more evidence that TF collectors will line up for stuff like this and more incentive to offer us more fanservice in the future, in the form of more exclusives and more fan-focused releases.

They should recognize the fact that while over-produced Bumblebee molds and other unwanted crap are gathering dust on store shelves and preventing stores from stocking newer waves, their website and 800-number are being overwhelmed with rabid fans lining up to buy an exclusive.

I didn't have an issue when I ordered my SDCC Prime when they 1st came online. So either there's more hype with the NYCC ones or their servers picked a bad day to be buggy... or maybe I was just lucky with my SDCC order.

It's making me happy I went to NYCC. Geez. Hope all you guys struggling with the site and phone get your figure(s)!

Bah, I was on the phone with someone before checking if I could use my UK card and I didn't know there'd be all this difficulty ordering at the time. Should have made the order over the phone.

I was able to place my order online. It did take a few attempts, but it finally went through. I hope there isn't any trouble with shipping now. I really think their server got hammered at 10am.

Lol they didn't even have the NYCC stuff until 10:12. I was there from 9:50 waiting. The second they showed up I tried to get the Bee/Arcee set...for nearly two hours now I have been trying to get the order through. Finally just now I called waited only about 5 minutes and in two minutes had my set. Wooo!!! Thank you sales rep for your quick order taking. Anyone still trying to try online, give the number a call. It was really really painless :KREMZEEK:

I didn't have any issues ordering the NYCC Prime set. But I also finally picked up the SDCC Prime figure too along with it. There was no picture with the page at the time I ordered it; but it went seamlessly. I just hope I get my toys soon =P

What a pain in the ass. It costs 40 bucks to ship this thing to Canada from the states. Making this purchase a total of 75 bucks for me. FORGET IT.

Anybody have an extra set that they are willling to break up and just sell the Arcee to a fellow Seibertronian who's down on his luck?

It's good to know that I spent 2 hours in line (LEAVING MY TABLE IN ARTIST ALLEY WHERE I MAKE MONEY) to stand in line and pay to purchase something, then ship it home. When I could have just waited a few days and bought it off the internet at non-scalping prices and actually 3 dollars cheaper. Show EXCLUSIVE my rear drive shaft.

Guess just like everyone else, couldn't get the website to work...error messages. Called 800 number, sat on hold for 35 minutes, and BAM! Done. No way hasbro was prepared for this. I think it just goes to show the tf prime toys are gonna be a hot seller this year. Good thing I don't have 4 kids to buy for. Oh wait....

Well it's the price of definitely getting the set and having it in hand vs. the set maybe still having stock after the show and the stock maybe going on Hasbro Toy Store and then you maybe getting one before it sells out. Can't put a price on certainty.
