It would be nice of more versions of Prime and Magnus were compatible with the BTS- Matrix of Leadership upgrade. Prime really isn't the leader without it... technically. I'm just sayin...

Dude, I've only been back into collecting these for a couple of weeks, so pardon me if I miss something or don't know something that you 1000 piece collectors intimately know. We don't all know everything. I certainly don't.

Sorry, but you purchased an American release OP Deluxe then asked if we were getting a release of the toy you already knew about and owned. A little bit of cynical sarcasm was deserved.

So I missed something. It happens to the best of us. What probably threw me is this two pack being Takara, not the HASBRO WALMART EXCLUSIVE Deluxe OP that I have. Maybe there is no difference between the Takara and the Hasbro. I was under the impression that the Takara wasn't already available at Walmart, as I haven't seen them there yet. Not a big deal. When my G1 OP arrives with trailer, l'll have three Primes and will already have both of these with the G1 trailer being the only difference. Time to move on and collect some Decepticons.

I was on the fence about the Megatron set but now that I know it's the original Megs with out the modifications for super gun mode I'm on board. I definitely getting the Prime set as I love that deluxe DOTM mold and he has a new mechtech gun.

It could be DA-31 or DA-34, which have no other descriptions, and a generic place holder picture which all the incomplete listings have.

Pass for both. I'm disappointed that neither of the G1 figs are coming with their original accessories. The DOTM Megs looks good.

Um, just checked the prices on BBTS. Obviously not getting Megatron from there but the Prime set is way over priced in my opinion. $160 for 2 deluxe robots and a trailer?

He's worth getting the repaint and this set but not at $160

I had one back in the 80's. Butt stock, scope and all. I feel myself being drawn to a lot of the G1's... I'm still trying to get my head around Megatron being some sort of "tanker truck" as the Voyager class figure vehicle form from DOTM, when I can't recall seeing Megatron transform at all in DOTM. I don't recall him transforming in ROTF either. Now I'm going to have to watch that one again to see his transformation.
