They didnt want to bring that smell of garbage home.

Didn't know these guys were so unpopular:

It's robot garbage. There's a difference between piles of metal and piles of rotting, smelly garbage.

This guy's the latter:

Sigh, I'd like that Canada would not be 4 months late over the USA for once. The Windblade wave barely appeared on the shelves recently...
i got mine off of target pegs almost three months ago now.
Well, Quebec then. Quebec is fawken latre on the Generations figures.

Not as bad ad TF Prime deluxes wave 2, but still.............
that sucks. it was the beginning of target becoming useful. since then ive seen skybyte and roadbuster (for the first time, and only time so far).
I haven't seen Skybyte at all. I saw a single Roadbuster, but the box was too beat up for me to want to pick him up.

Apparently Ryan/Seibertron saw both voyagers in my area around October, but I was out of the country for work... so that sucks.

I just hope Combiner Wars happens alongside restocks of some of the Q4 2014 releases, instead of replacing them entirely.
odd... i dont have roadbuster either even though i found one. he had some black paint blemishes on the chest, so i passed. havent seen another since.

Eh, NYC is odd for collecting in general. Either the new waves come early and flood everything, or you don't seen anything for new waves because the aforementioned flood is still hogging peg space.

I'll end up seeing Roadbuster/Skybyte/Acid Storm/Gears eventually, it may just be another month or two.

I think lots of places are "odd" with the waves like that now, not just NYC. I saw Skybyte once, but didn't have enough money, nor particularly want it anyway (I'm fine with the original). I did pick up a Gears, and pass on Acid Storm (already have Starscream), but haven't ever seen Roadbuster. I do have a Roadbuster on the way from Amazon, though. Quite a bit cheaper than retail, too. Fingers crossed on the quality control.

Also have a Jhiaxus on the way. Haven't seen that at retail either.

Brainstorm is in stock at HTS again. $19.99. I just ordered mine. Too bad the previous coupone code does not work anymore. Just have to use my 15% off code.

That's kinda whackattack.
P.S. No Arcee in sight.

This Walmart is a strange temporal nexus. Same place I found Brainstorm. I live across the Mighty Mo in Omaha NE, and this Walmart always has stuff before anywhere else in Omaha. Even before the TRU that sits exactly next door to it. Old Donald Moneymaker never lets me down.(see receipt)

Yeah, the not included weapon Chromia is holding actually belongs to Arcee, the photographer made a boo boo matching weapons with the figures. It's really difficult, you know?

Did you keep her alt mode kibble above her head for balancing?

That's just how she came out of my hand when I stood her there.
It's a lot of kibble. I was playing around with it. Seeing if there were other ways to fold it all up.
She's really stable though. She has clear heel spurs that are pretty big, but hard to make out in pictures.

Really? I found Arcee back on the 17th at my not-so-local Walmart (the one 1/2 hour away, as opposed to 10-minutes), alongside Chromia, and Wingblade. I figured every Walmart would do the same (that seems to be the pattern in SW Pennsylvania stores, both with what they stock and won't stock). However, I'll agree that some Walmart's are different from their fellow stores. This same not-so-local Walmart often gets items the closer, larger, store doesn't. Not sure why?

Yeah, I heard about the gun thing, and can confirm it's Arcee's smaller blaster in Chromia's picture. I'm really on the fence whether I want to also buy Chromia and Wingblade at $14.96 each, or wait for some kind of sale/discount. I didn't hesitate with Arcee, though, and she's an awesome figure, even though she's hopelessly out of scale, in robot mode, next to voyager Springer.

I have not had that issue. However, my waspinator was part of the distribution which did not come with the comic and might have been part of another distribution batch (not that it makes any sense, I am just grabbing at anything).

I would think so, but then again, that Skids kink was not worked out by then and he came in the same line. Also, hold the phone, I thought only Quebec didnt get the comics, are you saying the rest of canada doesnt get those versions either? That's total BS. These language laws are nonsensical. If your TRUs can get english only toys, why cant they get the comics book versions. It might simply be because its easier to send to a central canadian distribution centre without having 2 different versions of the same toy.

i've got the japanese waspy, and i haven't had any problems either

by the way: exploding, isn't that what waspinator does in just about every episode? nothing to be amazed by then

I heard of a few people having that issue. Usually it was from people who don't realize it was 2014 and maybe using the instructions is a good thing.

i guess theres no figuring hasbro out then  cause my skids had no issues.

and the no comic thing i assumed was canada wide, cause none of the ones ive seen (local stores and convention vendors from other places in canada) have been packaged with comics. only comics i have are the rattrap/tankor assortment cause of BBTS.

well, the chicken legs are just something you either like or dont. i really grew to like the aesthetic after playing armored core games in my younger days. my favorite of the mold is hands down shockwave. its just perfect. legends whirl is also really nice, easily better than hasbros. but funnily enough i probably wouldnt have gotten either of them if it werent for the great deal from lena.

i still like hasbros whirl though, because someone mentioned him being factionless could have been a homage to the originals bandai namesake. so its still neat to have.

Technically not Bandai. It was made by Takatoku for the series Devorak which was a spiritual sequel to Macross. The models were eventually bought by Bandai
