I think this is a better match up. I just didn't feel that Sky Lynx was the one to take down Predaking.
I'm placing my bets on OS.

I thought Omega Supreme was a little bigger than your average gestalt, so that would give him an advantadge. Along with his firepower too. But then again, Predaking is as tough as nails, and he wouldn't go down easily. I'd say this battle could swing either way.

omega. he stands head and shoulders above the other combiners, and hes built alot more solidly. predaking is strong, but omega outclasses him in strength, durability and firepower. predaking has a speed advantage but it isnt enough. i think its usually shown that it takes about 3 gestalts to take him on. in the gi joe comics it took menasor piranacon and predaking to beat him, and thats after he took on sixshot and the triplechangers.

he only ran low when he was making trips from one solar system to another. he could make multiple trips to the moon and back, as well as beating devastator within an inch of his life, and briefly fighting some weird alien monster without it being a concern so i dont think it would be a problem in a fight unless predaking used the space bridge and omega had to fly after him.

Omega has the advantage of power and firepower, but Predaking has the advantage of speed.
If he holds out long enough, Predaking MIGHT win, but the way I see it, one good hit from OS, and it's all over.

If it's their comic incarnations, Omega definitely takes it. In the comics Megatron was able to take down Predaking with one blast from his fusion cannon. Omega on the other hand, not only withstood a blast from Megatron, but went on to treat him to the bitch slap from hell (and would've melted him to slag if Laserbeak hadn't come to the rescue).

If Predaking is able to use his speed advantage and uses hit and run tactics long enough to wear Omega Supreme down without wearing himself down as well then he stands a chance of defeating Omegasupreme, but if Omega manages to either hit or grab a hold of Predaking then its lights out for the Predster.

Omega could carry Predaking up to high altitude and then drop him. That should secure the win. It would also cause a big explosion. It should be done in an unpopulated area.
