Online buying rant

Postby kdo » Sat Apr 10, 2010 9:44 am

Two weeks ago I placed an order with Ages 3 and Up. The order arrived yesterday. I thought the shipping was fast and the items were well boxed; however...

They sent me the wrong items! Grrrrr

Out of the 4 items i ordered, 3 were correct. The last item i ordered was a city commander set, they set me a TF Crossfire add on kit instead.... :S

I emailed them yesterday, hopefully they clear this up.

Its not likely that they will insist that I pay return shipping? Because that would be not cool.

They should refund your shipping costs, you won't loose out.

Yeah, it's their screw up so they should pay shipping.

Don't count on this, but I've heard of online retailers who will let you keep the incorrectly-shipped item and send you the right one. Cross your fingers...

If it'd cost more in return postage cost yeah, but for a Xfire set? Don't count on it.
