So i seem some pics of an alternative combination for Optimus amd Jetfire Leader classes,
however,having the both toys in my hands i dont know how to do it.

What areas are you referring to? The shoulders and feet?

Peaugh posted a video showing how to do the feet and shoulders.
Other than the feet it's really just a matter of fiddling around with it until you get it the way you like.
