original Generations Scourge - remolded head in instructions?

I was just looking at Generation Scourge's instructions last night and noticed the head in the instructions looks nothing like the head on the figure. Was there a planned remold that was never made or something?

O, there were several in both Generations and Reveal the Shield whose alternate heads were accidentally leaked. All but a few are accounted for though, Lugnut's and Warpath's are the only ones I know. I have a suspicion we'll see that one at BotCon 2013.
In the case of Scourge, the head shown is TakaraTomy's Sentor Ratbat.
In case you're curious, a rundown of leaked alternate heads:
RtS Wreck-Gar -> Gen. Junkheap
RtS Optimus Prime -> BotCon 2012 Ultra Magnus
RtS Lugnut -> ???
Gen. Cybertronian Bumblebee -> Gen. Cliffjumper

It does look like Hardhead, however Hasbro has claimed not to have any current plans for that alternate head.
