What other Botcon G2 figures do you think we will see or you would like to see? Looks like they are gonna use Classics/2.0/Universe molds.... what are the possibilites?

I bet we see Classics 2.0 Galvatron repainted into G2 Megatron

So would he be green with purple stripes or the HERO version thats Purple with blue & black? Probably be the HERO version cause it was smaller version and Galvatron is so small

I think I could see the Classic seeker mold being used for G2 Jetfire or use the voyager Jetfire mold again by looking at the rear wings in the pic... It would be neat to have an Autobot plane out of the seeker mold... of course they could make any of the aerialbots out of the seeker mold also. Check out G2 Jetfire!

And then there is G2 Ironfist... I think they could use the Classics Hound mold... What do you guys think?

I'd have said G2 Sideswipe before Brakedown was revealed today, 3 versions of the lambo from the club are unlikely [although not impossible].
I'd throw in Animated Prime as Clench,
G2 coloured Ramjet,
Animated Activator Starscream as Windrazor,
Animated Grimlock as G2 Grimlock,
Animated Oilslick and Prowl as Road Pig and Road Rocket
and some G2 coloured Legends [Beachcomber/Jazz etc.]

I'm really hoping that Clench will be Universe Onslaught. G2 Ramjet would be boss. I like the idea of Hound becoming Ironfist too

Blue Grimlock, Classics mold or Animated mold, either way.

Hooligan, using the Energon Starscream mold, to coincide with his appearance in last year's BotCon comic.

G2 Ramjet from the Classics Seeker mold.

Skram from the Universe Prowl mold (assuming the Rapido rumor proves true, I could totally see one of them being the free attendee figure).

Windbreaker, using the Cybertron Hotshot (SG Goldbug) mold.

Yes, it's been used for BotCon before but there is absoloutely no other mold that can be used.

We're all thinking about it, curiosity and wishful thinking abound. We've got some time to kill as FunPub slowly drops one gem on us at a time. With Spark and Breakdown already announced, what's next? Who do you wanna see? Who do you think is likely and why?

Here's a few thoughts I've had:

In past years, the Free Attendee Figure has been a repaint of a figure already in the set.
If they rumored Rapido turns out true, I'm hoping for a repaint as Skram.

Then of course, I have the stereotypical hopes:
blue Grimlock from either Classics or Animated
black Sideswipe (come on, they KNOW we love black repaints)
G2 Ramjet from Classics Seeker mold

And some wishful thinking:
Hooligan from Energon Starscream mold (thanks to his cameo in 09's botcon comic)
Leadfoot from Classics Mirage

I'd love to see Jhiaxus, and I have a feeling he's a likely candidate, but I dunno what mold I'd pick.

I think pretty much any mold can be made to suit any number of characters for this set.

Just depends what characters they want to do, what molds are available, and are they going to be all garrish and bright, or are some going to be more normal.

I would like just about any of the ideas presented here.

Everyone has their own favorites. I'm not sure any is more likely than another.

I'd like:

G2 Black Sideswipe (or) G2 Streetwise
G2 Ramjet
G2 Ironfist would be awesome from Hound, but a bigger gun us needed
Clench seems needed, but from what mold? Best I've heard so far is Onslaught, but, would be interesting to hear other ideas

No matter how much we want them, I think Breakdown is our only combiner member that will be made. Too many to do them all, and if they only do a few, well, there are going to be 'angry' folks that their favorites were left out.

Drench would be fun from Mirage... or G2 Dragstrip

The orange or the yellow? Personally I think that the yellow would make them a little too "Tonka". Bright orange would be far more suited to burning your eyes like the rest of the range!

A gaudy Devi worthy of G2 Botcon would be Hazard Cone Orange plus Solar Flare Yellow. The main body would be a mix of bright yellow and orange with each limb being one mainly orange with yellow accents and the other being mainly yellow with orange accents. And I'm talking about colors that would put sunstorm to shame. If it looks Tonka, it's NOT yellow enough.

Considering a Classics Devi goes for upwards of $70-$80 now imagine the scalping and unjustified fan-rage that would follow.

I would not want these, as in no thanks on this as part of the set. I am tired of yucky Energon combiner syndrome...

Just had a yellow Mirage not long ago...Universe Dragstrip. Rather see a black repaint of Mirage as G2 Dragstrip, but as I said in the other thread, I think Breakdown will be our only combiner piece simply because of his icon status as the first Botcon exclusive.
