As usual I apologize if this is old news but I searched the TF Toys Forum and the news archives and found nothing about this.



Several Japanese Classics are shown here in package. Japanese Premium Prime is shown as well.

In this picture also lies a glimpse of a colored Trans scanning Prime.

Am I the only one who didn't know about this or is this new?

We've known about the Transcanning figures for a while now.

The Real news I believe is the In-package shots of the Japanese release of the Classics. The box looks amazingly bland IMHO.

I though they'd be real boxes with trays, you know "Collector Friendly". Not blister packs that can't be closed.

Where is it? I can't see what's in those boxes in the top right, and that poster doesn't seem to show anything

That's actually not the Trans Scanning Prime, it's the Premium Leader Class Prime repaint.

For those that can't see it, it's the poster that reads: TRANS SCANNING. The red and blue figure on the left is clearly the transscanning Prime. This, to my knowledge, is the only color pic of the Prime figure yet seen.

Of course we've known about the figures. I just didn't think we had seen any color pics yet.

But I guess everyone cares more about the Classics right? I'm changing the name of the thread then.

No, it's there, it's new, it's tiny, it's on the poster, it's just cropped. You have to right-click-> show image/view image.

Is that a large scale Bumblebee mock- up I see on the right?

My bad. I was looking at the cropped image, so I went by what I saw. Oops.

It's hard to see I know. But It's all I've got.

From what I can tell it appears that the chest doors are unpainted just like every release of the voyager mold so far

Thanks Bumblethumper. There should no longer be a question as to where the Trans scanning Prime is now.

I wonder why they didn't go ahead and color Bumblebee as well.

If you look very closely at the far right of the table, it looks like they actually had the prototypes on display, in front of what is possibly the packaging they will use.

I wonder how long till more photos of this turn up?

It should be fairly close to production now that we've seen a colored one.
