Depends, if it's a fist fight. Piccolo wins.
If Guy is allowed to use his ring. Piccolo still wins, especially considering in 1980 the rings still had the yellow weakness, and all the energy Piccolo threw was in fact yellow. Guy doesn't stand a chance.
Now if it's the current Guy Gardner, it would be a much tougher fight for Piccolo since Guy knows how to best the yellow impurity. Unless Piccolo can fight for a full 24 hours, Guy Gardner would outlast him.
