Even less than a Fallen repaint on a cruddy mold...
Or maybe people dislike the sideswipe/sunstreaker mold more than I know. I remember all of the hoots and gasps when that mold was initially shown in slides at Botcon.
I like GoShooter as a choice. I don't love it. Even if I can get over that he's not a headmaster, Siren in IDW is not either that we know of, and with the info shared by others of him no longer being an HM anyway, but it's not an AWESOME choice. Please throw Magnificus into the category of Million Publishing home runs (I believe he was by Million, as was the cool black/grey/clear Mirage). Artfire was a great choice, but QC really caused that one to be less well thought of... I think.
Powered Convoy wrote:Million Publishing / Hero-X Exclusives include:
Gentei Ghost Starscream
Gentei Electro Disruptor (Clear) Ligier
Skids & Screech 2 Pack
Elite Guard Voyager Optimus
Stepper & Nebulon
Artfire, Nightstick & Sparks
Shouki & Daniel
I think that's all of them.

Do you think they just made that name up for a new character? Goshooter, better known as "Shuta Go", was a Headmaster Junior from Transformers: Chojin Masterforce way back in 1988. The name is no less unusual-sounding than any other strange-sounding Japanese-original TF name from the past 30 years.shockblast2 wrote:Goshooter? You can tell they are out of ideas when it comes to names.

I thought you knew he was coming with Shuta.JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:GoShooter with Gō Shūta...Well played.

DMSL wrote:A very nice figure, but i don't care about the ugly targetmaster wannabee or the "aqua" guns this mold comes with. Hopefully it will have a normal gun that you can hide somewhere. What they really should have done is actually make him a new mold and a headmaster.
I'll do JelZe to favor of say, yes, he is a G1 character, and a well done one at that.Rated X wrote:All the cool choices and the fans chose the crappiest character using the crappiest mold ? Who is this guy ? Is he even G1 ?

He is not a nobody in Japan, where this poll was aimed at. Japan got many many more iconic, beloved, very popular G1 characters that the Western World never got. It's like when Star Saber won the Masterpiece Fans Choice poll. These characters won these Japanese polls because they're very darn popular characters in Japan.Skywarp64 wrote:Still can't believe this utter nobody Go-Shooter was elected rather than Alpha Trion. So pissed at that.
