I just bought Grimlock and trying to transform him into Volcanicus' torso. One of his arms doesn't appear to make the full rotation necessary for transformation. Can't see anything blocking or gumming up the works. Is there something I'm missing? Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Re: Power of the Primes: Grimlock
Any chance you can post a photo of how far you can rotate it? It might help us know exactly where and what part of the transformation you are talking about.
Edit: I was just fiddling around with my Grimlock and think I might have stumbled into what you are describing. Is the problem when you try to rotate the forearm to tuck under the shoulder piece? If so, then think of the arm as 3 pieces, the shoulder piece, the upper arm and the forearm. You will want to bend the forearm toward the upper arm first, and then the upper arm toward the shoulder. There is a rectangular peg under the shoulder that should push into a slot the forearm. If you bend the upper arm into the shoulder first, then the slot on the forearm and the peg under the shoulder don't line up correctly. Bending the forearm first should have everything lined up correctly.

What might be leading you astray is the obvious slots in his forearms that look for all the world like they'd be the right slots to join up with the tabs ok the upper arms, but they aren't. I make that mistake every other time I transform him to torso mode.
