ouch! compain to hasbro and try to get them to send you the right hands.... im pretty sure they got tons of parts in some corner in their factory. it doesnt hurt to give it a try.... and be polite. then if being polite doesnt work, raise hell.... id be upset if that happened to me.... that kinda sucks though. good luck.
So you think I should complain to Hasbro even though I bought it from BBTS? I'm not really sure what to do as I've never got a faulty TF before.
And the fact I'm on the other side of the world doesn't help.
well yea, because it is a hasbro product and they made it and packed it.... its hasbro's quality control line thats not supposed to let things like that happen. if i bought a figure from wal mart and its missing its weapon, im pretty sure it wasnt wal mart who took the weapon out in the first place. it doesnt matter where you bought your figure. but your best bet is to contact hasbro some way and tell them your problem. its not your fault, you shouldnt have to pay for an extra hand. im not saying that this will work, but its worth a try, especially since hasbro are the makers and they are the ones who packaged your toy. like i said before, not sure it will work, but its worth a try. good luck.
Try asking BBTS first. They were pretty good to me when my MP Starscream came without fingers on one hand. If it's a standard issue with the toy, they'll likely work with you.
