Yeah, anime export is the best. My haul is also from them, here is what was in the box:

Got a delivery today!...no, it's not Brainstorm. Gotta wait until Saturday on that one.

It's my replacement Triggerhappy! The old one had a bad arm (gun couldn't tab in straight for alt-mode) so I finally caved in, hoping for a perfect one.

And that's exactly what I got! Both guns thoop into place just right!

Alt-mode was already awesome, but now it's flawless!

Unlike the old one...

So yeah, I'm extremely happy to have this! Triggerhappy is one of the best TF toys on the shelves right now, so I had to have a perfect one. I'll be giving the old one to a friend. He needed an extra Triggerhappy for a custom that doesn't need the guns, so everybody wins! Also...

Galaga double ship, anyone? :-P

For just CAN31.76$ + taxes and free shipping from Amazon I got one thing that I wanted for a while but wasnt willing to pay 100$+ for it:

THE COVENANT ORF PRIMUS

Man, the thing is HUGE and that was a HEAVY package. Can't beleives the shipping was free. Triggerhappy here for scale.

The Amazon box was BIG. Then, it came in a neutral cardboard box inside. Then, there is the packaging. Then, the infamous transforming case. That's one book that was ridiculously protected.

Holy crap that thing is AWESOME! The book itself is surprizingly small though. I'll finally be able to catch on the epic Transformers lore. This will be a LONG read.

I didn't know the case can be wall mounted! Triggerhappy is not triggered by this even though he's a

. He's pretty... happy about it in fact!

Leo Prime is better than Alpha Trion simply due to a more unified colour scheme. He finally has a decent looking spaceship cruiser mode.

Voyager Megs is ok but I thought the back pack had more functionality. I misread the images and thought it split to create some deadly spears but I realized that was just a trick of the angle. The paint job is amazing bu the transformation is quite simple. I guess I preffer the voyager to the leader a bit still due to the better looking alt mode and how they cover up the face better.

Soundwave is gorgeous in every way! A very odd robot mode but it works and looks accurate to the screen. The car mode is probably the nicest car we ever had in the brand. Love the doors and I adore how the whole chest comes together in robot mode. Cool transformation although there is a lot of kibble relegated to the arms.

In order of best to worst out of these: Optimus, Soundwave, Megatron and Leo Prime. That poor leo prime, that engineering doesnt compare to the other 3.

The ROTF/HFTD/DOTM times were when Transformers engeneering were at it's pinacle. Now, it's more... pinaple...

Went to Five Below, a little bit out of my way, and got these:

RiD Mini-Con 4-Pack 1 (With the Scorch and Blizzard Striek redecos)
RiD Mini-Con Decepticon Back
RiD Mini-Con Ransack

All pretty neat, tho comparing Ransack with Backtrack, I found that Ransack's arms are loose when trying to aim them straight forward. At a roughly 30 to 40 degree angle things tighten up. Backtrack's are tight all the way, but get tighter around the same area. What is up with that?

Thank you Amazon.CA for finally having CW DELUXE Groove! For just 2$ more than normal MSRP for CW deluxes, meaning 22$CAN + taxes! And free shipping!

Only flaw is they shipped it in an enveloppe so MOC collectors are screwed. But mine is to open so heh.

Also, I traded my old Scout Groove for his spare Victorion bike. His Whitetimus will have a kick-ass chest plate and I'll use that bike for a possible project.

As for my (now spare) CW deluxe Rooks, I'll either sell it... or customise it into something crazy. :twisted:

In the end, I thought I'll never have a proper "G1" Defensor but here I am! :APPLAUSE:

A micro haul today. The replacement for the Trigger Happy that had two right guns finally came in from Hasbro. As expected, it was not a Trigger Happy, but "something random of equal value". So I got his wavemate, Twinferno. I'd have preffered Hot Rod but heh. Twinferno is a bot that I would never have bought anyway so getting one for free is pretty nice.

The bot mode is pretty nice and the transformation gave me some surprizes. But dear God, that dragon mode! :lol:

It look like it was made from random parts ina scrapyard! :SICK:

Nice that it worked out for you. Hasbro has sent me replacements 2x and both times it was a different figure. Kinda lucked out though since I got the hard-to-find Sky Lynx one of those times. But it sucks knowing you're pretty much not gonna get the same replacement figure and it's a real roll of the dice if it's going to work out.

they wanted me to send my devy in and if they had anymore in stock they would send me another or an item of equal value. ofc i didnt do it because they didnt say if they had anymore and would probably get a bunch of crap i didnt want or already had.

i like that when you have a problem with one size class they send you the next one up until leader class. most likely to get rid of old stock

TRU let me keep it and they sent me the actual replacement. Not sure if that's their policy or I lucked out.

So I rolled into Ross Dress for Less today and got a hell of a deal, but sadly four days late for the devil's page. Anyway I've been stalking this Ross since before XMas waiting for this big bot to be price slashed.

Titans Return Gnaw. I'd like another one or two if I can find them in store to go into my G1 display. They'll look great with a big chief G1 Gnaw as a commander behind them.
