Just got Scout Ejector. For all the hype and for being such a rare figure, I'm kinda disappointed. I thought he was really cool and nice as the other figures like the ice cream twins or EZ Devesator but I guess not. Maybe I put too much hope on this little scout.

I was very happy when I stepped by my dad's to watch some college football to find that my latest purchases from eBay had arrived inside the box were for Generation 1 figures Blasters and all 3 original Insecticons all four Transformers had their original instructions and tech specs as well as Blaster coming with a Transformers catalog of the new released for that year.

I must admit I was really surprised at how small the Insecticons are after transformation, but till I'm finally glad to have been glad to get them.


I am extremely happy with all four of these especially with having my childhood favorite Blaster proudly sitting in between my Masterpiece Optimus Prime and Grimlock figures.

Micron Legend Megatron and Shockwave have arrived today as well! I've only been able to get around to them now and I love them. Very cool figures.

Shockwave is very cool. A bit of a brick in th legs but the arms have pretty good articulation. I love the design of the character. Leader-1 is a very fun Micron/Mini-Con. Megatron is full of neat little features on the figure! I'm going to have fun discovering what little gimmicks are hidden throughout.

A crappy afternoon at work was rewarded with a nice big box from BBTS waiting for me when I got in. Inside all the goodies that have been building up in my PoL for the last six months:

07 Premium Leader Megatron, so much nicer than the original release,

Unicron.com Animated accessories, I'll be hanging the key over the moulded on one on my Impossible Toys Sari, still undecided on which version of Ratchet to give the electromagnets to, kind of leaning towards the Rescue version at the moment, not looking forward to applying the stickers,

FP Crossfire Superion add on set, already put together on my combined Universe/RotF set, definately going to have to pick up another set to replace the energon weapons on the set displayed seperately leaving my 2 Energon sets with the energon pieces as they fit the asthetic of that line, really hoping that we see more Crossfire releases for the other two Energon gestalts at some stage,

Electron Disruptor Ligier, just missing the regular Henkei release of this mould now, so much nicer than the Botcon clear Mirage it's untrue,

and Gentei Strafe, so glad that I didn't cancel my preorder as I was uming and ahing about this one for ages based on the price tag, really need to grab Henkei Cyclonus before too much longer (and a half dozen of the Hasbro version to serve as his Armada wouldn't go amiss - damn Hasbro for not giving the UK the last wave of Uni deluxes!).

Best haul in quite a while.

ROTF Swerve (deluxe) - Aside from the slightly pale shade of red plastic, gold taillights and the extremely loose head (pops off every time I try to turn it), this is a great repaint. The head mold looks so much cooler in real life than in pictures. I'm really happy with this guy, and he's perfect as my official G1 Sideswipe homage.

TRU Reissue Perceptor - Best find in ages. Searched far and wide, even got minor injuries in pursuit of this figure. XD Finally spotted him lastnight and I'm really happy I did. A little pricy, but I'd rather pay expensive retail than expensive eBay prices. He's slightly less articulated than I remember, but still great for a G1. The tank/turret mode is a little weak, but he does make a great microscope. It's unfortunate they always disable the launchers, the missiles almost fall out, they're so loose. Would've been nice if they supplied a sticker sheet for nostalgia's sake, but at least he's ready for instant display. The packaging on this current incarnation of Reissues is amazing; I love the big character art on the spine of the box. Now if only all the reissue boxes were the same. Anyways, I'm glad to have regained this small piece of my childhood.

A set of the long chrome smokestacks for 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime has arrived! Now OP looks proper.

Universe Dirge came too. Very nice mold. Not the best articulation but a great visual design in both alt and bot modes. The Voyager size also gives the figure a nice display presence.

The GF Starscream mould is one of my all time favourites. I've got every version barring SG Starscream. I just love that the key activated swords have mechanics that work through the ratchet joints at the shoulders, great piece of design.

Yeah and the figure is full of ratchet joints, which I really like. There's just something satisfying about the clicky-clicky sound and tactile feedback of ratchet joints.

I look at the GF Starscream mold and just think "Now, THIS, is a Seeker.".
