Today, got Buster Prime (chromey gun buster) & ROTF Preview BB (based on a lot of you guys' recommendation) from BBTS! Also got an awesome E. Shockblast (thanks to DevastaTTor for hooking me up!) as my Classics stand-in Shockwave. With all these, plus Takara reissue Predaking last week, that's all my spending money for TFs this year...

Oh happy day! Two days ago, that is. My girlfriend got me MP Grimlock for Christmas, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I love him. Pretty much everything I'd want in an MP Grimlock, minus the crown, and I prefer him not blue anyway. XD Really sturdy and detailed, nice strong ratchet joints in most places, lots of fun, unintrusive gimmics, and overall great quality. Only small complaints could be the grey plastic seems a little transparent (can see through is wings when lit form behind), and no articulated fingers on the lighted fist. Other than that, pure awesome! I love him almost as much as my MP Prime, and that's saying a lot. Some people complained Grimlock was too simple, I think he's just right. Definitely beats the fragile fiddliness of Megatron.

It will be a Merry Christmas indeed!
I got the TFA Legends class Prime, BB and Prowl set.
They are freaking AWESOME!!!
Prime has a cool trick to his transform.
Bee is similar to, but better executed than his activator counterpart.
Prowl, as always, is a sweet piece of engineering, especially in something so small.
MP Black Convoy - rounding out my MP Primes
Device Label Ravage - The only thing missing are holes to mount G1 Ravage Missiles. That would have been nice, but ultimately not needed.
And 4 "roadbots". Not quite TFs, but 3 of the 4 are i/32 scale (about the same as Classics TFs) and will take stand in duty, or act as custom fodder. The other is 1/24th scale, like an Alternator.
And a bunch of (gasp) non-TF related stuff

Saturday I bought a Takara reissue Predaking and it is sweet! Then Tuesday I found Animated Freeway Jazz and Electrostatis Soundwave, along with ROTF Dirge and Gears, who is really nice!
