wow, I know some promo codes are specific to a certain toyline, or toy type, but I've never seen it discriminate that specifically before...that's messed up.

*edit* well I thought because I'm on the west coast, I still had an hour (until 2pm my time) to take advantage of the 20% off promo (most online shopping sites are time zone specific...why not HTS???. Of course, NOW Predaking is out of stock, it will probably be back in a couple of days, which is complete BS, and the discriminatory Promocode is even more BS... :BANG_HEAD:

I unexpectedly received my Blast Off yesterday! I was elated! But there's a noticeable fault in mine, his combiner peg doesn't fold flat into his chest. There's a ridge on the underside of the cockpit kibble that seems like it's supposed to tab into the groove around the combiner peg, and it doesn't line up. The result is that his combiner peg is forced to always stick out of his chest at an angle. Anybody else get that on theirs?

I got Blast Off in the other day. It was funny because I opened the e-mail saying it had shipped and it contained a pic of the package sitting on my doorstep. Opened the door, there it was. Amazon Prime is better than sliced bread.

And Predaking is freeking fantastic! I love how huge and intimidating all of the bots are, the details are excellent, yet the transformations are intuitive and simple. Combined mode is epically massive. Only improvement I could recommend is including a giant sword. Past that, it's perfect. A lot of people were making a big deal about the waist or hips. I'm not sure why as most of the other combiners look that same way. It's a far cry from the Menasor hips that are just terrible.

Still need to open Nemesis Prime and Blast Off. I have TFs flying out of my butt right now.

This is how it is for both my Hasbro Blast Off I just received, and the Takara Unite Warriors Blast Off. Looks like the execution of that flap that the peg should slide into didn't happen they way it was engineered to...

I managed to snag a Blast Off today, after no success the first time around. It's the only exclusive I'm interested in, and finally my Combaticons will be complete. The new Blast Off is an improvement over the UW version, correct?

In some ways, yes. It's the same mold, though Hasbro kept the shuttle nose on the back instead of how Takara had it on the chest. I like the color pallet better too...

The Hasbro version definitely has a way better color palette, not that a brown space shuttle has ever existed. and you can always transform it the other way and just have the chest be the way it originally was on the Unite Warriors figure.
