So far I've passed on Swindle, Payload, Recon Barricade, Dropkick, G1 Starscream repaint, Rescue Ratchet, Voyager Prime, Thundercracker... oh and all the scouts and real gears (except for High Score 100)...
I had initially passed on Ultimate BB, and that would have been my pick for most regretted pass, but then my wife got it for me so that's off the list...
If anything, I would say I may regret passing on G1 Starscream or Thundercracker... they seem nice, but not enough for me to spend another $40 on...

Pretty much the only Deluxe or bigger movie toy that's currently on shelves that I don't have is Ultimate BB (not counting the Starscream and Ironhide repaints), but I just can't swing him right now- I cvould save up for him, but then I'd have to pass up several other old TFs I'm after. But yeah, I think he'll be pretty unique in a few years. If he had two actual hands instead of that lame cannon arm I might be more willing to go after him.

08 Bumblebee.
-Reasons are many:
-Main character from the movie
-Continuing on to be a main character is subsequent movies
-One of the better toys from the movie line
-Fewer remain from 10 years ago because as a mass market toy, many were snapped up by children and were played with
-Many people who lost/ sold/got rid of their versions of the figures when they were younger, want to recollect them
Among other reasons.
I think you forgot something in the "snapped up by children"... like: Many were snapped up by children, and were tortured hideously, until they weren't toy BB's anymore ^^
anyways... I'd regret not getting Ironhide, and Ratchet. (as those are not easy to come by in Norway.)

They were never easy to come by...ever? Awhile back they were everywhere around here. Now Ratchet is somewhat hard to locate.

I gave myself a rule that I wouldn't get any figures that didn't show up in the movie, but I really like Dropkick.
I keep telling myself not to waste money on a game-only figure, but I think I'll end up regretting not getting one.
But that is just for me. I agree with what others have said that 10-20 years from now when you're looking at someone's movie collection, you'll be looking to see if they have Ultimate Bumblebee. Its always that way with the biggest figures. Just look at FortMax.

I'm that way whenever I see G1 Omega Supreme...I always thought he was so cool as a kid... being so big with his little trackset.
