Latest update:

Side skirts added, and i gave it a bigger hood scoop.I just need to sculpt the side skirts to look good, then add the spoiler and the alt mode is almost done!

The ultimate prospect could br great, but a Scooby needs more than a front kit to make an EVO.
Dont go EVO

An EVO? This is a Subaru, not a Lancer EVO. Turning it into one was never my intention.

Looks like another bash to follow with anticipation, if it looks like the RL car you're using for inspiration (judgeing by the great work already done on his front bumper it will) it will make an awesome Cliffjumper, keep it up

Update:
Heres a rough, armless mock up of the almost finished product:

Most of the sanding and filing work has been done. The body kit fits together nicely in alt mode and ive added the spoiler as you can see.
This is my first head re-shape ive ever done too and im pretty pleased with how it looks.
By his feet on the left hand side of the screen you can see an extra mod i added to the roof to give it a scoop like most rally cars have on their roofs to allow for better ventilation.
Hopefully i can get this in primer on Monday, and get all the paint work done by the end of next week.
(Sorry for the blurry photo)

Looks great, man! You've done a great job with it so far--keep up the great work. I can't wait to see it completed.

Needs to be thinner from side to side, but you got the shape right.

Hmm...the thickness doesnt bother me that much.

Does it jump out and say "CLIFFJUMPER" to you? The main thing im concerned about is people being able to identify it properly.

Hmm, probably the angle, that close up looks fine.
And yes, it's recognizable, and the paint will make even more so.

Im so close to finishing theres not much point in showing any more wip photos. Hopefully i will have him have together tonight and i can add the custom graphics down the sides tomorrow and he'll be mostly finished aside from a few decals that i need to buy but they have to wait as im broke. So i'll post pics of him sans decals when hes done.

this project turned out great. I'm surprised he didn't update it here. I'm not a fan of pointing to other forums in a post especially from here but it's out there.
