Howdy all. The other day I remembered a TV show from my youth. I'm not sure how much of it I actually watched, but I know a few scant details:

It was on sometime in the early 90's, and it was live action. I believe it came on Saturday at noon on the local CBS(though that may not mean much). It had something to do with a guy in a cybernetic suit. My young mind deemed it "Robocop", but there was no way that was what it was. I think the end of the intro had the guy in the cybernetic/robot suit standing on the top of a building.

The only other piece of info I can think of is that there was an episode involving a guy kidnapping children at a carnival or something using teddy bears(for some reason I remember stuffed mice) and some kind of knockout gas inside the stuffed animals.

So, can anyone remember anything close to that? It's entirely possible I'm thinking of two different shows here as well.
