Anybody else expect a REAL Classics Soundwave next year?
I'm looking forward to Classics 2.0, because with that comes the chance of a Classics Soundwave. A real one, not the Soundblaster reissue that I missed

I could see Hasbro releasing MP3 Soundwave in Classics packaging here in the States for about $50. I think everyone would be cool with that.

That would be great. I'd definitely buy it. However, much of the novelty is lost when I realize that I don't have any way of putting music on there without spending another $50. I'm more interested in just a regular action figure, or better yet...

Nope.
I even doubt that they would release the Music Label Soundwave.
That would make people happy.

Those of us that just paid top dollar for the Japanese one wouldn't appreciate it.Seibertron wrote:I could see Hasbro releasing MP3 Soundwave in Classics packaging here in the States for about $50. I think everyone would be cool with that.

No. No we would not.

But if that were the case, I'd just let my girlfriend use the mp3 one as a player as she's dying to do, and get the classic one for my display.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

i have a sneaking suspicion that we'll see that mp3 soundwave here in the states. after all, we're getting cartoon acurate masterpiece starscream, it wouldn't suprise me at all to see that little mp3 player come out here sooner than later.. especially seeing as the first run has pretty much sold out

if they did, i'd rather him be modified to have lil transforming tapes instead of being an mp3 player...but thats just the opinion of someone that has no need for another mp3 player.
