Anyone else see any mistakes like this?

I picked this up today at a Walmart. Not Photoshop and doesn't appear to be a repackage. First time I've seen this with the WFC line.

If it's been opened either from the top, bottom or sides, more than likely it's a toy swap. If it is this is a more... forgivable case, we've seen other unrelated toys in TF packaging so the perps get toys "for free".

Don't be surprised, some have gotten quite clever with repacking.
