First of all, those are far too many far too flimsy parts to cost out and stay in one piece all the way from the factory to the consumer. And if they somehow managed to pull that off.. It would be a freakin' safety hazard.
Ok, well they pulled off alot of things in this toyline, so I don't necessarily share your view, "that even if Hasbro was into releasing more movie toys, that they'd be considered Choking hazards and such"..
In the case of too much kibble, The automorph gimmick would allow for the arms to have a spring up action for the extra pieces, and most of the kibble could be molded into one piece or on to another, so the idea of this being too breakable or impossible or even improbable is pure ignorance.
They said that it would be impossible for Hasbro to make the movie toys, when the movie designs came out and look what happened, though not super accurate, those figures are certainly close enough...
I think had Hasbro left out the Firing Gimmick and stuck with the complex Transformation and articulation aspects of Frenzy, the Deluxe figure of him would have been a wonderful toy and would be a great seller...But as it is, to date, they have crap released for Frenzy.. which is sad, because he was a likable funny character..
