Hi all. Have recently gotten into collecting Masterpiece Transformers. I'm addicted! AND broke I had been ordering everything up until this point from BBTS but switched to TFsource recently for their free shipping and the ability to earn rewards points.

I'm regretting this decision big time so far. My order was all preorders and my card was charged the full amount of the preorder!? Is that a common practice you've all experienced at TFsource? At other sites? Am I just crazy? Everywhere else I've ever ordered from my card was charged once the preorder was instock and shipped. You can imagine my surprise when I seen a 900+ charge come through.

I figured since they had no problem charging my card that I would have at least accrued some of their "source points" but my balance is still zero. What am I missing here? I emailed them Sunday and still no response. I'm trying to be patient but I can't help but be a tad worried.

What has everyone else's experience with TFsource been? Should I have just stayed with BBTS?

Yeah, that's kind of the trade off. BBTS doesn't charge pre orders until they are in stock, but TFSource does, but they give you the free shipping. You will get your points once the item is in stock, don't sweat it. I just pre ordered the MP Shockwave and Ramjet the other day and noticed I didn't get the points either. It comes down to choice really. Either pay now and get the free shipping on TFsource or Pay when it's in stock and pay the shipping on BBTS. Both are good places to buy, it just comes down to what you prefer
