Hey, I am a new reader to the IDW-verse of TF comics and a local store has a good selection of back issues of the "Spotlight" series, what are some "must read" issues of the spotlights?
I have Ramjet (LOL!), Kup, and Drift so far, what other ones should i get at?

Spotlight Jazz - Good read, flashback style story you can read as a 1-shot.

Spotlight Sixshot - One of my favorites. This will help you understand the "Devastation" TPB,which was almost 5 issues of Sixshot anyway.

Spotlights - Cyclonus, Hardhead, DoubleDealer and Sideswipe can be found all in the "Revelation" TPB, which continues directly after the "Devestation" TPB.

I second all of these. Sixshot is like required reading in terms of really getting Devastation, since it is an arc primarily about Sixshot.

Also, Optimus Prime's is the one Spotlight with a good deal of action. Galvatron's is really good as well. Those two at least lend some back story to the then-on-going story, so try for those. Jazz's was good, but I( still find it next to impossible to believe that he does what he does, here omitted so as not to give spoilers to the uninitiated.
