He's worth it alright, fantastic figure first with a removable matrix too. Just be careful with the mammoth head-halfs on his shoulders the ball and socket joint is quite week and can snap if your not careful.

Is it the original Japanese release or the Korean reissue? I got mine Korean Takara reissue for about $25.

well its a green and purple box it says it came out in 1999 is that the japanese one

Yeah that's pretty darn good. mine was a bit more then that. I thin its korean. I don't know though, i don't really care either. He's probably one of my most favorite transformers of my entire collection, even though i've never seen once japanese BW show.

He's one of my favorite iterations of a Primal, aesthetics-wise. I have never trasnformed him though. I hear he's quite the shellformer and I can see it clearly enough. But to answer your question, yes. That is a pretty decent price regardless of which release it is.
