Brawl is the best Leader Class
Just bought him today to finally complete my Movie Decpeticon line. the Leader Brawl makes the Deluxe look like a real shame and I think he has better weapons and lights/sounds then both Prime and Megs.

I still prefer Prime, because his alt mode looks clean, and his bot mode is very posable.
Brawl is definately a close runner-up, though. His bot mode is ferocious! Who can't love a huge robot covered in weapons?
It's just his alt mode that gets me. It seems a bit too skinny compared to its movie counter-part.
Alt mode aside, Brawl is one of the greatest movie figures IMO. And congrats on finishing the Decepticon army! How are the Autobots holding up?

I have basically all the Autobots, except my Prime is a Voyager Class Classic one. My friend still hasn't gotten the chance to ship the Leader Prime she bought me at Walmart (she works there, overnight stocking, so I'm set for Tformers)
Right now my Autobots are being outnumbered 8 to 12. (I'm a new collector)

Yep, I wish I had hook-ups.
Still desperately hoping to come across a random Ironhide, and/or Ratchet. I'm set for 'Cons as well. Unless they make a Leader Blackout/Voyager Bonecrusher...

Yeah Ironhides were only around 2 times over here, both at TRU, in a huge bin with Starscreams...alot of Starscreams.

I can't wait to get my hands on Leader Brawl.
But i won't be able to do so, until it arrives next week.
For me, Deluxe Brawl is quite an impressive figure. But based on your comment, it pales in comparison to Leader Brawl. I don't know if i'd faint when it's finally in my hands next week.

Well, here's a weapons loadout for the Leader Class.
Minigun
Blades
Tank Cannon
Homing Missle Pod
Two rocket launchers mounted on top
Heavy machinegun (not on Deluxe) between two rocket launchers
Plus, it just feels heavier and more Brawl-like.

It's official .. brawl is THE best now. Megatron V said so ...
I can't decide whether I like Brawl of Prime better. It's a toss up. Some days it's Brawl, some days it's Prime. I guess ... to me ... they are tied for first.
So I agree in a away.

Yeah Prime is a very close runner up since they e both great, and heck I even like Megatron on some days. But after finally buying Leader Brawl yesterday and looking at his alt-mode and bot mode up close he's friggin awesome.

Which one is the homing missile pod?

Brawl should have been Decepticon leader. Not Megatron.

Well I've ordered both Prime and Brawl, so I'll post more detailed thoughts then, but from the pics, I don't think Prime wins.
The reason is that while he may be an excellent toy, in robot mode he looks nothing like the movie character. The resemblence is way off.
On the other hand, Brawl looks like a near perfect match.
On the down side Brawl's white plastic claw type things are really ugly.

Prime is the best because of his superior poseability. It's a good matchup though, since Brawl has such a great alt mode and so many weapons/sounds as already mentioned. I just can't find much to do with him in robot mode, his legs are pretty stiff.

You have to get them tucked in his sides, and his "wrist" appendages (blades, gattling gun) go tucked into his legs. That's the hardest part of his transformation, actually...

brawl is second only to OP in leader class. megs would be so much better with a metallic paint app.

Thanks, Tweezy

No you're not. Megatron is one of my favourites except that he's a little back heavy. I think most people's complains about him are the terrible paint apps and colours.
I cannot believe that this is the MAIN MAN of the badasses, the TOUGHEST MOFO in the movie, and they don't even bother to make him look great. It's like Leader class means just size and not much else.
Yet look at Leader Prime for a comparison of what they could do if they put their effort to it. Even Brawl looks better than he! I just don't get it.
The main bad ass is the guy you want to look the best, or second best, in a line. Yet the way they couldn't even be bothered to change the ridiculous alt mode face plate when the head sculpt changed just goes to show how can't-be-bothered they were.

It's easier to make Prime a great design. Because he has an established alt mode to start with.
Where as for Megatron, there's no established alt mode, if you take away the gun. Anything goes. But even so, even now, it's still very difficult to think up a suitable alt mode for this bad-ass leader.

I think a tank or a fighter plane would be suitable. Or even a disease. I'd like to see Hasbro attempt that.
