Okay, okay, so I am not a master at customizing but if i can do it, so can you. Check out what I did to make the dinobots of AoE a little more G1 accurate. I have to admit tohugh, Grimlock is a cheat because I have customized by FoC Grimlock to still be my Dinobot leader. See both him and AoE Grimlock compared. As a side note, the FoC mold is being used now in the platinum set with RiD Grimlock and Bee.

This is part two in my custom Dinobot series and unlike Grimlock, I actually added a bit to Slog in order to transform him into a g1 inspired Sludge. Luckily, this figure needed very little work. The review is a little bit of a mess but that is completely because that figure is a bit of a mess!
