Digital-Toys Outstanding Customer Service Tale

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this sort of thing and I apologize ahead of time if it isn't but I just had to share this story with everyone.

I pre-ordered an MP-5 upgrade kit from Digital-Toys.com back in the summer. When it came out in early October I got mine like everyone else that pre-ordered, I looked it over and put it away.

When I finally got around to actually putting it on my Masterpiece Megs earlier this month I noticed one of the small clips on the new die-cast leg piece was missing(one of the clips that hold on the stock connector). I was worried since it had been so long since I bought it.

So I emailed Digital Toys about it and sent some pics along to show which part was missing. To my surprise, Mike at Digital Toys apologized for the inconvenience, sent me a brand new unit and told me to keep the old one if I wanted. I was pretty shocked. In this day and age of less than satisfactory customer service its refreshing to see a company like Digital Toys step up like this. I've always been satisfied with them in the past but this really impressed me. :APPLAUSE:

That's great, a rare occurance. I think I may use these guys in the fututre, you make it sound like a good place to buy.
I think that's fantastic he even let you keep the old one, free of charge.

I believe it. They are a great company to buy from.

Digital-toys, tfsource, and BBTS are the top 3 in my book.

It's good to hear they are looking after their customers, I have had a similar exparience with BBTS - I bought a reissue Ultra Magnus and he came with two left fists for his super mode, I emailed them and they said they'd send me a right one for no charge and sure enough one arrived in an evelope two weeks later.

I thought that was cool, though the thousands of dollars I've spent at their store may have influenced them slightly...
