Do you mix your TF lines?

I display by the both line and faction. I keep the molds consistent, e.g. WM Classics Devastator is displayed with my Energon collection, because he is an Energon mold, and a better-painted one at that. Plus, he looks great with E-Galvatron, Starscream, Shockblast, etc, being all Geewunnee like he is.
I do leave room for the occasional battle scene, and I tend to mix rarities and other exclusives.
But, in general, I like seeing the evolution of the Transformers name...from G1 to BW to the A/E/C trilogy, and showing off the gimmicks that each line had, and separating the goods guys from the bad guys. It's just easier for me when I want to enjoy it, having all the figures all accessible on their neat little shelves.
I somehow manage to be both anal and lazy.

I told the fire to go **** itself, and it did.

I used to keep mine separated by series and faction, but now I have another approach...
Alts/Masterpieces, their G1 & WST counterparts, and any other G1 homages are displayed together. For example, all my Jazzes are together, Optimus Primes are together, Soundwaves are together, etc etc.
Any figures that don't have another version are displayed in another area, separated roughly by faction. Movie and RiD figures are also somewhat segregated.

To Die For.
Sorry- silliness.
Thanks for that explanation and for the kudos

Longs for the days of G1 where we only had to worry about Megatron, Soundwave and Laserbeak wanting to be Autobots, Swoop calling himself Tracks and Slingshot calling himself Slingslot!

Did you make that ani in your avatar? Very very cool my friend.
Hows your collection looking? I saw your thread about getting back into TFs a couple weeks ago and was wondering how far you've gotten back into it so far.

Yes, I made the animation using my firstborn daughter's "Classics Voyager class" Optimus Prime.
I bought it for me, but Maria, my 10yo, fell in love with Prime watching the G1 cartoon. I asked her who her favorite Transformer was and she said, without hesitation, "Optimus Prime."
"Why?"
"Because he's a good leader, he's not full of ego like Megatron, he cares about the others and he's brave."
So, last weekend when I revealed that I had him, I gave him to her. Mind you, my 10yo is meticulously careful with things, despite having ADD. My 7yo girl, despite having the memory of a steel trap, is so bad at caring for her things she's had her Gameboy Advance, portable CD player and a cheapo digital camera (Walgreens, no LCD) taken away from her.
What We Have:
We is be poor and I is be have four kids, so all we have are:
And we have a whole mess of Knock-Offs, which folks here successfully identified.

For the most part my TFs are separated. Downstairs in the rec room, I have movie Autobots on one shelf, movie Decepticons on another, a shelf for the Alternators, one for 6" Tits., another for Classics and finally one for a few lone Cybertron and Star Wars TFs I got cause I thought they looked cool. And I have plenty of space on each shelf to add more, which is a certainty.
I also have a set of shelves for just my original G1 toys that I dug out of my parents' attic recently. A lot of them were in pretty good shape, while others were not so fortunate and are regulated to some boxes on the other side of the basement.
Upstairs in the bedroom, I have my Smokescreen display. I have a brand new reissued G1 Smokescreen, then Binaltech Smokescreen GT, and finally Cybertron Smokescreen. Next to them I have my new Alt. Rodimus and Binaltech Laserwave (aka Shockwave). I also have more TFs out on the computer desk.
At work, I have Alternator Smokescreen sitting on my desk along with two 3" Titaniums: Alt. Smokescreen (again!) and movie Prime.
Bascially, my house is a TF display.
