I think you're jumping to conclusions. It doesn't mention anything about Human Alliance, not even a new Prime figure. Seems more like a HA promotion with a special edition HA human figure and card.

The HA OP speculation comes from the original poster on ACToys, but you are correct the solicitation does not mention OP at all.
