Ever notice that the movie leader class figures...
...seem to have short legs? Really. I was looking at my new Leader bad boy Megatron today (that finally came in the mail) and it looks like his legs are not quite long enough. I looked at Leader Prime, and his are not quite as bad, but still a little bit too short. Come to think of it, even Leader Brawl's legs seem a bit stalky. Does anyone else notice this, or do I need to get my circuits checked?

I actually think that leader Optimus is more evenly proportioned than the movie character. His legs seem too long.

with all the other problems with looking movie-accurate, the legs aren't that big of a deal to me. i think they all look fine the way they are, except megatron's tail and wings.

Thanks, Tweezy

Megatron's legs are short for sure. With his long arms, and original paint job, he sure look like a space monkey. Hehe.
Prime's probably look good a bit longer, but he looks fine as is. Partly are the wheels hanging on the side that made his thighs & legs look short and thick. I am fine with Brawl's as is.

primes legs are short as well.... like his upper legs/thighs are the same length as his bottom part, it makes him look stubby in a way....

When it comes to wacky TF proportions, I tend to be forgiving or even fully supportive. I like Classics Mirage with his anorexic waist, or the ultra-wide Movie Starscream, the very leggy Cybertron Soundwave and the totally wonky Movie Dreadwing. They make for a diverse group of distinct characters and IMO there's no need for perfect human proportions in these shapeshifting aliens.

Yea when I first saw leader Prime that was my first thought. Now...not so much.Megatron looks okay and Brawl is just...ugly anyway.

I can definitely see what you are saying with Megs but Prime and Brawl look pretty movie accurate to me IMO.
