Checkout was smooth albeit laggy (either from high traffic or the fact that I was on my iPhone or a combination of the two).
X, I expect a bottle of OE in your pic if you decide to buy.

I'll allow it! I'm glad you snagged these guys, did you get Roadbuster?
I'm hoping for some Anvil/Sledgehammer upgrades to come out for these guys to wield.
Anybody have an ETA for this set to ship from FPCore?

I passed on Revolver. Im going for the Hasbro version. I want Roadbuster and Whirl to have the same Hasbroish aesthetic. But I am happy this set will give me a chance to own the mold.

The best you've got is from FPC's site itself:
www.fansprojectcore.com wrote:PLEASE NOTE: The estimated shipping date for this run will be approximately April, 2014.
I want to pull the trigger, but this just isn't feasible at the moment. Maybe they'll have leftover stock in a month or so.

*3/24 edit*
Nevermind, this decision was bothering me and I gave in. Thankfully, some plumbing work that needed to be done came in under what I expected. The thing is, it's such a pain to get FP stuff after the fact. I'm hoping these guys are worth the (monetary) sacrifice. I just have to push some April preorders off a month.

So, I wake up this morning and see a shipping notice saying Recoiler and Riftshot have shipped... and not even an hour later, my postal carrier is at the door with them in hand!
I have some new toys to play with tonight

Same here. They sent the god damn tracking number the day it arrived. Now I gotta hunt down the mailman and come in late to work. Glad it arrived though.

So did you have trouble getting the hammer's handle through the figures fists ? For me the only fist that it fit through was the right one of the "visor" guy. The one with the faceplate cant hold the hammer in either fist. Light sanding from the inside will be required and I'm not thrilled to do it.

Other than that small issue. how do you feel about them? Never need another Rack'n'Ruin? money well spent?
Pics would be awesome if you have time.
Thanks in advance

Well I took them out the box and went straight for the jugular with the conjoined form. I tried both renditions and I think the one without the jeep hood looks more comic accurate. I only took these two pics. Now I gotta go find a Relvover review to use for transforming instructions. Dammit Peaugh stop filming the transformations backwards and film em right out the box !!! Anyways Ill take some more pics tomorrow with the famous booze bottles and my final thoughts. Other than the fist/hammer issue and the faceplate guy having a slightly loose right arm, there are no issues. I don’t know if the hammer will make his arm flop because he can’t hold it, but heavier weapons like classics Primes weather vane gun makes the arm flop. I took the arm apart and it appears I can make it tighter with a dap of glue in the screw hole or maybe even just a piece of tape inside to add thickness. But I must admit the paint apps are spot on and no flaws at all. So far I’m happy over all.

Don't sand anything down (if you haven't already)! I just tried it out, and at first the fit is very snug. What you have to do is push the handle down through the top of the robot's fist, then once you reach the tension point start slowly turning the handle in a full rotation while exerting downward pressure to fit through the fist. I was successful in this approach with Riftshot (aka "Faceplate Guy", or the one the hammer parts come with); for Recoiler ("visor" guy), I've only been successful with his left hand.
Regarding the fit, the fist looks like it was made of two halves (top and bottom) and and there is some mold flash where the two halves meet. It's possible that the above approach will fix moderate flash issues. Only after that would I try to do any sanding, and even then it would only be necessary for the center of the fist.
So far, the only complaint I have is that the ankles seem to give way too easily and the robots will fall backwards. I wish they would've used some ratcheting instead, but this is only a preliminary observation. Will need more time to test these guys out.

Snug aint the right word. Those fists are virgin tight ! I wasn't successful with the push method, however I was able to scrape off the mold flash with the dull side of an exacto blade and now all four fists hold the hammer. It was easy and painless. Try it out on any fist you can fit yet.
