FE Bulkhead can fix his own arms.

Apparently he can, somehow. I got the FE Prime and Bulkhead when it was first announced. Like many others, I had QC Issues up the wall, the most annoying of wich was Bulkhead's arms. Those stress marks made transforming him a boring chore. So I left him on the shelf for a good month at least. Took him down to transform him again today, and his arms were fine! Sitting up there it my well heated room may have played a part. Check your FE Bulkheads, you may be surprised.

I never noticed any issues with his arms, which stress marks do you mean?

The 2012 reissue of First Edition Bulkhead had stress marks on his arm to shoulder joints. The first run in 2011 was just fine.
