What's with these things popping up all of a sudden? Did someone find the lost mold and start copying a non transforming head?

Fortress maximus Head cast?

I think someone just casted a Cerebros in head mode.

yeah but literally there have been a ton of these all of a sudden from different companies on Ebay. And Call me stupid but I have no idea how a cast is made lol.

Resin like this is doen through a slicone mold.
They basically pour silicone around whatever is needed for casting. In this case, it's Cerebros transformed in head mode.
They then take the mold and pour the resin in and once it cures, you have the part.
Resin often needs finishing work and painting and these are no exception.
