Well, the sticker do suggest its a knock off, but yeah, it's Silverbolt. Don't ask me why I know though, I never owned the toys or had any desire to.

That looks about scale to me. If that is deluxe Brawl then yeah it looks about right. Can't tell if that is leader Prime or Voyager.

It's leader Prime.
Silverbolt is only a bit smaller than modern day deluxes, so I guess it could be a 1:1 KO...
