Okay there wasn't much interest before so i'll toss a little info in this time.
G2 Megs is among the most powerful transformers there is. His tank form being a upgrade from from his previous form also having Cobra's experimental weaponry added to his systems. Though he could arguably be slower than his G1 frame, he's effectively owned Powermaster Prime atleast once useing his new abilities. A little more info on that would be appreciated.
OverLord is the Megatron from the TF Masterforce series. A Duocon with two Powermasters, his internal weapons factory allows him replicate any foes arsenal. Comprised of a tank and a jet, his size is dounting, though his mech speed may linger a bit. He's beaten his series Powermaster Prime on more than one occation. With no Megatron to claim the title, he is easily the emporer of destruction from his series Decepticons.
So... has anyone seen Overlord and read comics with G2 Megatron? Which one is the badest mech on the toy chest?

em G2 Megs never had a fight with power master Prime, he only had a fight with G2 Prime

Although you are correct this will make no difference as in the marvel comics G2 Optimus Prime was recreated from Powermaster Optimus Prime at the end of the G1 comics from the Cybertronian known as the last Autobot after the battle with Unicron he did this by combining Optimus Prime and his powermaster component HiQ into one unique being creating a version of Optimus Prime that was actually more powerfull than his powermaster form had been. Anyways that been said and with the ease that G2 Megatron showed when defeating Prime in the G2 comics the battle between Megatron and Overlord is still won by G2 Megatron.
