I'd wager Snake eyes is on par with Grey fox in terms of skill, but that invisibility is what clinches it for 'Fox. Also the cyber ninja's far more brutal in his killing methods. Snake eyes was a professional, but he did possess something of a good guy streak. After all this is a fight to the death, not a ring of honor.
