H.O.C. G1 keychains

I went to Walmart today and by chance I saw a G1 keychain of Windcharger. So my question is are these Walmart exclusives?

no, not that i'm aware of.. i've seen them at most places that sale tf's.. i found a hoc bb keychain at fry's a month or so ago
