I'm looking to kitbash my Cybertron Downshift into a General Lee based character, however I'd for him to have a unique head, unlike the Skyfall/Wheeljack amalgam he has now.

What I had in mind was the G1 Sureshot head, or something similar with a face. In theory, it should be small enough to fit in Downshift's head slot as well as be released (via spring-loaded neck). For best installation, it should be able to be bisected, and both sides screwdriven together around the connection to the spring loaded neck piece.

Can someone possibly fulfill my request, and about how much will it run me?

Not sure of the sizes, but a StarWars TF head may work for you. Those are out in stores and easily available. Try an Annakin starfighter.
