how and where did these alien robots got their insigma from?
i've watch the series from the beginning of the first episode, but the series never explain how these shape-morphing steel warriors got the insigma, did they design it themselves, and how did they gotten their insigma names like autobot and the decepticon?

i think the Autobots got their insignia from the face of Vector Prime, the guardian of time and space, who was created by Primus, the deity of the Transformers. The Decepticons, I think, got their insignia from Ramjet, a similar herald created by the evil Unicron. This might be wrong, but it's the best explanation I've found so far.

In season 3 of Gen 1 a few Autobots are sucked back in time and learn that the Autobot symbol was actually a slave brand by the Quintessons. THat wasprobably marking them as worker drone and the Decepticon symbol was used to mark the combat models.
EDIT: The Con symbol being from the Quint's is speculation as it is not brought up in the afore mentioned episode.

Actually, Marvel designed the symbol. THe Autobot symbol was based of the face of the Prowl toy and the Decepticon logo was based off of the Soundwave toy. I've got pics showing this on my computer, let me look for it...

Marvel may have come up with the names "Autobot" and "Decepticon" for the two factions, and may have designed their insignias, as well as coming up with the names and personalities of the majority of the G1 Transformers in Real Life, but zodconvoy is correct when it comes to the G1 cartoon. I don't know if Marvel came up with a different explanation for the G1 comic.

with the name "autobot" and "decepticon" does it have any significant meaning? from my explanation of the name autobot would be auto means cars or public transportations, bot means robot.
the name decepticon is derive from the word deception, and con is derive from the word conflict or etc. anyway does anyone has some ideas why they were named that way?

Probably not worth mentioning since the story was never finished and there was no pay off to this but at the end of the second volume there is a symbol on the door to the underground chamber (Vector Sigma?) that is a mix of elements from the Autobot and Decepticon symbols. Presumably this was meant to represent a Cybertronian emblem from before the civil war and, in that continuity at least, both factions took elements from it to proclaim their own alliegance.

I don't think that there has ever been an official explanation for the term "Decepticon".
Personally, I like to think that the Decepticons are proud of their ability to deceive their enemies...

There has only ever been (to my knowledge) one explaination ever give to the name Decepticon. Bear in mind this is from the Dreamwave continuity, so take from it what you will. For all of recorded time all Cybertronians have been called Autobots, bearing the Autobot symbol somewhere on their bodies. The Decepticons were founded by Megatron and named after the "deception" the High Council had told the race about its beginnings. He viewed the Autobots as blindly subserviant to the Council and their puppet, the Prime, and formed the Decepticons as an exact antithesis to them and all they represent. While it states no clear reason for the Autobots some things can be infered from the fact that the last story arc Dreamwave released introduced the Quintessons and the next was to feature them in a spotlighted role. So the origin of "Autobot" may still be the same as in the Gen 1 show.

Some of what zodconvoy said re the decpticon origins seems to be similar for what is gonna happen in the IDW Megatron:Origins series, I guess in the next few months we will get a difinative answer as Megatron will have to choose the name for the faction and we will see ow and why he does it.

As Optimus Prime would say... from the World Wide Web! These autonomous robots are internet addicts. They came across these symbols from Hasbro websites, and instantly liked them!
Prime: (dials digital phone attached to his wrist...)
Beep... beep.. beep...
Megatron: Yeah?
Prime: Hey, Mega-buddy, check out these symbols from http://www.earth.hasbro.com.
Megatron: Cool! We need these!
Prime: I'll take the red one. Matches my skin color. You take the other one.
Megatron: Yeah, whatever. Deal!
