How Heavy Are Unicron/ Primus

Postby Bonecrusher27 » Wed Oct 10, 2007 7:34 pm

I've been looking for Primus and Unicron reviews, and the one thing that comes through is how heavy they are. So..

Can anyone tell me exactly how heavy? In and out of box, if possible. I'm curious to know if there could be anything as heavy as Ultimate BB, of which heft I actually like when I'm transforming him. I was a bit disappointed when I finally removed my Leader Brawl and found him a bit plasticky... nowhere near the same heft as Leader Prime.

I'd say close to Mp Prime weight.

I doubt Unicron and Primus are as heavy as Ultimate BB, considering he's full of electronics, where as the other two only have some lights and sound.

They aren't flimsy, but they are pretty light. I'd say a couple pounds maybe?

Compact in planet mode, they are heavier than in bot mode though, but thats a whole physics math issue :-?

They may appear heavier in one mode, but they aren't, unless Hasbro has invented mass-shifting.

Thanks. Another reason I was interested to know was because of the hefty amount charged for shipping to my country. I've ordered cartons of protein powder from the States that weighted like 5-10lb for a lot less than what some sellers are asking for, say, Unicron. Around USD$50. Then of course it could be those crooks at the post office charging by volumetric weight...

Unicron will weigh somewhere close to twice the weight of Mars' moon Phobos.

Primus should weigh around that of Saturn's moon, Titan.

... ... ... DAMN!!! ... ... ...

Well I feel a lot less cheated paying the USD$50 to get Unicron to me now.
