I came across these toys when my neighbors moved out. They left them for trash pretty much. All of them are in boxes of varying condition. I'm pretty sure they are all complete sets (except for the constructicon warrior devastator) but I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a good resource to figure out value or even tell me how much they might be worth. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Do a name search by character on eBay, compare the recently completed itmes prices compared to the condition yours are in, and haggle from there.

Just don't let yourself get ripped off.

I also have some Takara(sp?) Japanese toys in their boxes. I have two little red cars, and two little yellow cars. I also have a Japanese fire truck robot. Can someone direct me to a resource for the Japanese toys?

I'm not sure if you are on good terms with your old neighbors, but you might want to let them know what they're worth. I don't know the circumstances of their decision to move out, but if it is money related, they could use the profits of this sell.
