I got the original realease of the 20th anneversary Optimus Prime. What sucks, is I paid about 100 bucks at the time to get him. What sucks even worse, NOW they have a Prime with the trailer.
For those who have 20th Prime, is MP-04 worth it?
Is MP-04 worth it if you already have 20th Prime?

Personally, I think so. Once you have both, you can have a kickass Prime displayed in both modes. Also, if you have the first 20th Anniversary Prime, you can switch back and forth between Battle Damaged and Clean.

Are you talking about the US 20th Anniversary Prime? If so you get longer smokestacks and the trailer. It really depends if you want to spend that much on a trailer for Prime.

Yeah, I got the original US one w/ the battle damage. tbh, I don't mind most of it, but there's one grey spot on his hip next to his grill that doesn't really look right.
And there is something freudian about his smokestacks, he just seems like less of a 'bot without long ones.
On the other hand, I could just buy repro smokestacks, and tbh MP Prime's truck mode doesn't look great. Although the main reason for that is because he doesn't have a trailer, but the cab is a little off, especially with his chest area.
Then there's the fact MP-04 is $175, I don't have lots of cash, I just spent a bunch on Transformers, notably MP-05, and those 25th Anneversary Joes are looking pretty sweet...
