Outside of ebay... not that I can think of. Now there's a few BIN sitting at $200 if that's not too much for your liking.

On second thought, bbts is showing a pre-order of a midoctober release, I personally don't know much about the situation, but if you contact Joel he can at least give you some idea what that's all about.

Ebay but he's really overpriced right now. He's goes around 200 plus shipping over there. There's some on line stores like TFsource, Digital Toys, Big Bad Toystore, etc. that will get another shipping of him soon. You can pre-order by trying either one of them. But I think twice before buying him. He's quite filmsy ,and the pegs snap off quite easily. Even if you are careful. If any of the pegs are broken it affects the altmode. It doesn't hold together afterwards.
He's not meant for transforming. He's more of a display piece. Your choice.

Add to that the latest reports of MP Megatrons rusting and getting a rust-free version would probably raise the prices and rarity even more.

A site called Treasure Island Sports has him (that's where I bought mine). He's $200 there as well though so you wouldn't be saving the money you'd pay on eBay. You would, however, be getting him in a sealed box without the stupid plastic plug.
