Issues with Blackouts "automorph"!

Has anyone else had an issue with the auto morph feature on voyager Blackout. Whenever I transform him into vehicle mode the center of the helicopter nose rotates upwards when I lock the legs in place. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just finished "Fixing" Blackout. Thanx alot, those steps worked perfectly.
