are there any recommended KO for the like's of Metroplex, Maximux Trypticon etc, i want to kinda put them together into one big City for my display, I only want KO's because they will be kept as Battle City mode, so i dont really need real tf's as i view it as a waste. (mainly because my metroplex looks far too good in robot mode lol)

That's a fun idea. If you had enough of them, you could make like a cybertronian landscape. Anyone know how many 'city bots' there are anyway?

I make it six: Trypticon, Metroplex, Fortress Maximus, Brave Maximus (I don't actually know how much difference there is between them), Scorponok and Overlord if you count his space station mode as a city (which you should because Overlord's awesome)

Fortress Maximus KOs are pretty common on ebay actually, I see them quite often. I haven't seen any other Ko cityformers, but I've seen loose incomplete Trypticons pretty cheap, also on ebay.

yeah ive seen some ko maximus's for £3 atm, probably rise later, and amazon had some KO metroplex's for £59.99 (posh KO's they were lol) just didnt know how good/bad the maximus's were. Ah well it cant hurt for £3

If you count them all (including repaints) from G1 you have: Omega Supreme, Metroplex, Fortress Maximus, Skorponok, Trypticon, Grand Maximus, Overlord, Metrotitan, and Grandus. I left out Brave since he's technically RID, I also left out Micromasters that could count and triple changing robots that had a base mode, like Star Convoy.

And those Fortress Maximus knockoffs on e-bay are real small and are no where near a big as the real Fort Max was.

hmmm, looks like i might have to pick up a few bargins, ah well, ill work something out lol

Yup, those Fort Minimus -es are REALLY small, I took a picture of him, in comparison to my Stalker and Fortress Middlemus:

whats fort max like in battelstation? is he sweet?? Ive always bee impressed with his robot size, but never seen him in bs mode

I never knew there was a medium sized Fort Max Knockoff.
